Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected, used and shared. Direct Data CollectionWhen we ask you to complete a user profile, it is completely voluntary. We respectfully request that you complete the user profile form when asked so we can provide our user base with a better, more useful experience on the site.
Indirect Data CollectionWe collect usage data from all users including search topics, clicked pages, information downloaded, articles read, comments posted, products ordered and other items that may be of interest from time to time to get a better understanding of the needs of our user base. This data is used in-house only and is stored securely on our secure Microsoft Azure hosted servers. You may opt out of this data collection, by un-checking the select button on your profile page. Doing so will have a negative impact on the content you are prompted to review, as we will no longer be aware of your interests.
If you disclose your email address to us, we will occasionally send you information on new articles, services, special deals, auction data sets and promotions. Out of respect for your privacy, we present the option not to receive these types of communications. Please see "Opt-Out Procedures" below for more information and select the opt-out checkbox when you complete your User Profile.
If you wish to subscribe to our email newsletter (this service will not commence until June, 2023), we will use your name and email address to send the newsletter to you. Out of respect for your privacy, we provide you a way to unsubscribe by de-selecting the Newsletter selector on your profile page.
Based upon the personally identifiable information you provide us, we will send you a welcoming email and/or a confirmation email to verify your username and password. We will also communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide specific services you request, and to manage any other feature or service under which you are identified by your email address. We will communicate with you by email or via text, based on your preferences.
We provide you with the opportunity to opt out of having your personally identifiable information used for certain purposes when we ask for this information. For example, if you register for an account with us but do not wish to receive any additional marketing material from us, you can indicate your preference on our registration form by de-selecting the selector buttons on your profile page.
Opting out of various items in your profile can take up to 3-4 business days to process. If you are not satisfied that your opt requests were met, please fill out the contact form and alert us of the problem.
If your personal information is being collected by any third party that is not our agent or service provider, you will be prompted so you can make a choice as to whether or not to share your information with that party.
As a professionally managed website, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes ISP's, IP addresses, browser used, referring site/pages, operating system, timestamp, site errors, and click thru data for each registered visitor to any part of the site. (unregistered site visitors have minimal page access)
We use this information for a variety of reasons (which does not identify individual users);
- To manage the site content
- To track visitor's movements around our web properties
- To gather demographic information about our user base
- To analyze site usage trends
In order to foster growth of our user base, at times, we may ask you to refer friends to our site. The form will ask you for their name, email and mobile number. We will contact your referrals, one time and with one follow up, via email. We store and maintain this data to track our success rates in referral retention. This data is stored securely in our cloud servers.
We provide links to our other social media pages in our footer and at various times embedded in other content pages on our sites. Using these links to take you to those sites indicates your agreement that once you land on those sites, your personal information is now governed by the privacy policies of those sites.
We also share information with select third parties in order to simplify your use of this site
- Email Providers: We use third parties to provide email delivery services. When you register on our site, sign up to receive our newsletter, opt in to notifications or otherwise provide your email address, we will share your email address and certain elements of your profile as necessary with the appropriate service provider for the sole purpose of providing that service to you.
- Fulfillment Providers: We use third parties to manage, ship and deliver any physical goods which we may, from time to time, give away or offer for sale. Any personally identifiable information, such as your name and address, will be used by these service providers solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and delivering goods.
- Cloud Infrastructure: We use third party cloud service providers to host the site schedule and store back-ups and keep it maintained securely. Personally identifiable information we store on third-party systems and networks is always under our control and access to it is secured in a manner consistent with good IT practices and protocols.
Cookies: We do not store any personally identifiable information in cookies, but we may link the information we store in cookies to personally identifiable information when required for technical reasons, such as in keeping track of your posts, comments and replies.
We set a persistent cookie to keep track of your visits to our web portals. Persistent cookies enable us to track and target your interests to enhance your experience on our websites. If you reject cookies, you may still use our sites, but your ability to use some features may be limited and content may be generic rather than tailored to your interests.

Our site went live on December 10, 2022 (beta mode), to date we have yet to share personal information outside our company or subsidiaries. When we begin to do so we will amend this section and outline where that data has been shared.
Outlined below are some of the usages of the information collected and shared
- Personal information categories listed in the California Customer Records statute (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e)) - we collect names and other identifiers when consumers submit leads or open accounts to be in compliance.
- Commercial information - we collect this information for attribution purposes.
- Geo-location, Internet and network activity- we collect behavioral information to create custom experiences and targeted messaging.
- Inferences drawn from personal information - our algorithms infer interests from the data to enhance custom experiences and targeted messaging.
- Identifiers - we collect names and other identifiers when users register for an account
As a strict company policy, ferrari-f512m-usa-registry.com, BATL Group LLC or any of its subsidiaries do NOT sell the personal information of our users. Should we make a change to that policy, our user base will be notified and each user will have to opt in, should they wish to make their information available to us.
